Bruce J. Lovett, MA, SPHR. is the founder and President of HR 911®.  HR 911® is a Human Resource consulting business that provides affirmative action plans and human resource solutions to small and medium size employers.  Started in 1997 it currently has clients located throughout the United States.

With 25+ years experience as a well seasoned senior human resources professional Mr. Lovett has led all HR functions (employee/labor relations, EEO/AAP, compensation, staffing, training, benefits, communications and safety) in diverse sectors of private industry.  Professional expertise is enhanced by a Master of Arts degree in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Since 1998 Mr. Lovett has also taught as an adjunct faculty member for Harrisburg Area Community College, Harrisburg, PA  and at the graduate level for St. Francis University-Harrisburg, PA location.
